Cloth Diaper Cleaning Service FAQs

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. Outside of those areas? No worries, we plan to expand to nearby areas in the coming future.

  • How does the diaper cleaning service work?

    We provide one-time and recurring pickup and delivery of your soiled cloth diapers. We wash, sanitize, dry, and neatly fold them before returning them to your doorstep. This includes diaper shells and the liners.

  • What products do you use to clean the diapers

    Currently, we offer the following detergent brands for use of cleaning:
    Tide Free and Clear
    All Free and Clear
    BioKleen Free and Clear
    Perisil Free and Clear
    7th Generation Free and Sensitive

  • Do I need to rinse or wash the diapers before pickup?

    No rinsing or pre-washing is needed! Just place used diapers in the provided bag or bin—we take care of the rest. But you are welcome to do so.

  • How do I know the diapers are sanitized properly?

    Our wash process includes high-temp cycles, eco-safe disinfectants, and regular quality control checks to ensure every diaper meets hygiene standards.

  • Will my diapers be washed with other families' items?

    Absolutely not. Each customer’s diapers are cleaned separately to maintain hygiene and avoid cross-contamination.

  • What days do you pick up and deliver?

    Pickup and delivery days depend on your availability. Keep in mind, pickup and delivery times are done in the afternoon to evening times, with agreement. Service is completed within a 2 day rotating time frame.

  • What should I put the dirty diapers in?

    On the day of pickup, we will collect your diapers in our odor-resistant bin or bag for collection.

  • What types of cloth diapers do you clean?

    We clean most modern cloth diaper types, including all-in-ones, pocket diapers, prefolds, and inserts. If you’re unsure, just ask us!

  • Do you offer subscription plans?

    Yes! You can choose one-time, weekly, or monthly service. Subscriptions can be paused or adjusted as needed.

  • How do I pay?

    Payments are processed securely online via invoice, or collected at the time of delivery. You can pay per service or set up auto-pay with your subscription.

    We accept all major credit/debit cards.

  • How much does the service cost?

    One-Time Service:
    Per Diaper: $2.10
    Per Load of 12 Diapers: $25

    Weekly Service (3 Loads):
    65$

    Monthly Service (12 loads per month):
    250$
